Prayer is a spiritual exercise that every disciple of Christ must carry out at all times. As a spiritual discipline, it is not when it is convenient that prayer should be said. The Bible enjoins us to pray without ceasing. This means that we should pray regularly and anywhere (1 Thessalonians 5: 7). Pastors and other ministers of God also need prayers. It is important to pray for them because the burden is upon them. Remember that they are angels; blood runs in their body system as you. They need our commitment in their prayers. Thirty (30) prayer points have been worked upon for ministers of God and their ministries. Pray them seriously.
Prayer Point 1
Lord, grant pastors grace to live a life worthy of your calling. And pray against the powers and forces working contrary to there calling. (Ephesians 4: 1).
Prayer Point 2
O God of heaven, let the life of pastors demonstrate more of Your humility, gentleness, patience,e, and love as he/she/they serve continuously in Your vineyard (Ephesians 4: 2a).
Prayer Point 3
Dear Father, let Your working grace be sufficient for pastors to accommodate members because of Your love. The grace that will make them fulfill their calling. (Ephesians 4: 2b).
Prayer Point 4
My Father in heaven, unite Your church through the power of the Holy Spirit and bind Your people together in peace. I pray that every devilish force and power working against the unity of the congregation and the church at large will scatter in the name of Jesus. (Ephesians 4: 3).
Prayer Point 5
Lord, cause Your rule to fill the church and universe. The anointing and auction to perform well should give to all the ministers of God. They must not surrender to the will of the devils and the deceit of satan. (Ephesians 4: 10).
Prayer Point 6
Lord Jesus, let Your rich grace according to the measure of Your gift in Christ abound in the life of pastors to serve the body of Christ (Ephesians 4: 7).
Prayer Point 7
Heavenly Father, let the gifts of the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers be established in Your church for spiritual growth (Ephesians 4: 11).
Prayer Point 8
Dear Father, build Your church in faith and acknowledge in Jesus’ name. If there is any devilish agent that is working against God’s knowledge and faith shall be broken in the name of Jesus (Ephesians 4: 11).
Prayer Point 9
Lord Jesus, do not allow falsehood to thrive in Your church, let truth prevail at all times. The church is on a solid foundation which is Jesus Christ. Let the truth emerge from e church and clear the falsehood. (Ephesians 4: 14).
Prayer Point 10
Heavenly Father, help Your church to hold to the truth in love, conforming to Christ’s image and likeness. I pray that the truth of the word of God and all ministrations will not be lost in this church. (Ephesians 4: 15).
Prayer Point 11
Gracious Lord, help the pastor to sacrifice more for His church until Christ is formed in the lives of members in Jesus’ name. Give all the ministers of God the grace to love, accommodate, and sacrifice for the church and its members. (Colossians 1: 24).
Prayer Point 12
Lord Jesus, guide pastors and other ministers to fulfill Your word; do not let them deviate from the word by walking according to the human philosophy of this dispensation (Colossians 1: 25).
Prayer Point 13
My Lord and My God, empower pastors to remain focused as they strive to present believers perfect unto You through pastoral ministry (Colossians 1: 29).
Prayer Point 14
Lord, build Your church according to Your purpose. May the gates of hell not prevail against the church. I stand on the rock of Jesus and I pray against the power of hell in the church in the name of Jesus. (Mathew 16: 17).
Prayer Point 15
Eternal Father, protect Your church from the desires of the flesh. Let the church continue to receive divine revelation that will transform members. Every person hindering the move of God shall break and scatter in the name of Jesus. (Mathew 16: 17).
Prayer Point 16
Heavenly Father, purify Your church and restore the keys of the kingdom of heaven to her. Let the gates of hell never prevail against her (Mathew 16: 18-19).
Prayer Point 17
Father, give pastors victory over distractions. Help them to be focused on the things of God and kingdom matters. The church will be free from the bondage of afflictions in Jesus’ name (Luke 10: 40a).
Prayer Point 18
Lord Jesus, release more grace on pastors to be zealous for doing what is right and to be careful about the assumption of correct behavior (Luke 10: 40b).
Prayer Point 19
Lord Jesus, release Your enabling grace on pastors to be burden bearers and intercessors. Cause all the ministers of God with the grace and anointing of inspiration of God (Luke 10: 41).
Prayer Point 20
Lord Jesus, give pastors the desire and thirst to listen and understand You through the Holy Spirit as they pray, meditate, and read the Bible daily (Luke 10: 42).
Prayer Point 21
Lord Jesus, wherever I have ignored Your discipline, forgive me and let Your word encourage me to do Your will. I pray for more discipline in this church in Jesus’ name (Hebrew 12: 5).
Prayer Point 22
Lord, help Your church to cheerfully submit and endeavor to Your spiritual disciplines of prayer, meditation, quiet time, Bible study, and solitude in Jesus’ name (Hebrew 12: 9).
Prayer Point 23
Our Father in heaven, let Your right and good discipline lead us to share in Your holiness. Father, increase the holiness and righteousness of all members of this church in the name of Jesus (Hebrew 12: 10).
Prayer Point 24
Lord, lead me to a quiet harvest of righteous living in Jesus’ name. In this church, help me to eat the fruit of my labor and let all the members be blessed (Hebrew 12: 11).
Prayer Point 25
Eternal Father, lift tired hands and feeble knees among us (we pastors) today. Let the power of the Holy Spirit perfect our weakness in Jesus’ name (Hebrew 12: 12).
Prayer Point 26
Dear Father, do not allow Your children who are weak and lame to stumble and fall. Revive and make them strong again that we may glorify Your name in the name of Jesus (Hebrew 12: 13).
Prayer Point 27
Heavenly Father, help Your church to pursue peace and holiness with all men no matter what happens in Jesus’ name (Hebrew 12: 14).
Prayer Point 28
Lord, deliver Pastoral Ministry and the church from the devil’s attacks. Preserve her for Your heavenly kingdom in Jesus’ name (2 Timothy 4: 18).
Prayer Point 29
Father, separate those ministering in Your church from iniquity (2 Timothy 2: 19). May they live clean and worthy lives.
Prayer Point 30
Lord Jesus, destroy all seducing spirits and wrong doctrines from the pit of hell that may want to separate people from the faith, church, and fellowships (1 John 4: 1).

Thank God for answering Your prayers. Have the mind of praising God. Sing and wave to the Lord and believe that all Your prayer points have been answered and the responses will be received soonest.
