Leadership in any organization is very important because the decision-making comes from them. If the organization will grow or fall, depends on the decision-making of the leaders. The same applies to the church of God where certain standards have been set for leaders. The church members are looking unto the leaders to follow the decisions brought to them. There are thirty-one (31) prayer points below that will can open the leaders in the church and other organizations to achieve results.
Prayer Point 1
Father, we praise You for our leaders at different departments, societies, committees, and other groups in this church for the privilege to serve in various capacities at this time (1 Timothy 2: 2-3).
Prayer Point 2
Father, we thank You for the gift of leaders after Your own heart given to us in our great in our church, association, conferences, and convention at large (Jeremiah 3: 15).
Prayer Point 3
O Lord, fill all our church leaders with the wisdom to do the assignment You have given to them in the name of Jesus (Exodus 35: 30-31).
Prayer Point 4
Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see as You see and tune their ears to hear instructions from You concerning any matter in the name of Jesus (Ephesians 1: 18).
Prayer Point 5
O Lord, cause Your work to prosper in their hands during their tenure so that we all will celebrate great things in our denomination (Ezra 6: 14).
Prayer Point 6
Father, take care of their homes, health, and their well-being so that they can be effective in the work You have called them to in the name of Jesus (3 John 2).
Prayer Point 7
O Lord, send various resources (human, spiritual, financial, physical, etc) that are necessary for the progress of Your work in their hands (Philippians 4: 19).
Prayer Point 8
Lord Jesus, grant our church leaders the ability to work in unity and oneness. Help them to foster unity and oneness in our denomination in the mighty name of Jesus (John 10: 21; Genesis 11: 1-9).
Prayer Point 9
Father of all grace, keep them from falling, failing, and burning out for God in the gracious name of God (Jude 24)
Prayer Point 10
Father, protect them, their household, departmental staff, and all around them from all shades of evil at work and in all the journeys they will embark on in Jesus’ name (Psalm 121: 3-4).
Prayer Point 11
O God, we bind every spirit of confusion, discord, stagnancy, disfavor, or any other foul spirit in Jesus’ name. We come against any trick the enemy may want to use to destroy what You are doing through them (Mathew 18: 18).

Lord, cause our leaders to bear abiding fruit even as they serve You at a time as this in the name of Jesus (John 15: 16). Help them to sustain their fire and fervency in the name of Jesus (Leviticus 6: 12).

Father, help our leaders in making decisions that will advance Your kingdom in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 30: 21; Proverbs 11: 14; Psalm 32: 8).

Lord Jesus, supply their needs both physical and spiritual, and pay attention to my requests in the name of Jesus (Philippians 4: 19).

Jehovah, supply our leaders with the needed strength and courage to confront evil, wrong, doctrines, and practices in our denomination in Jesus’ name (2 Timothy 1: 7; Isaiah 41: 10; Proverbs 18: 1-24).

O Lord, we pray that You will preserve our leaders in all their journeys both local and international in Jesus’ name (Psalm 121; Philippians 4: 7)

O Lord, supply our leaders heavy dose of wisdom to answer everyone at any time in the name of Jesus (Titus 3: 9-11; James 1: 5; Proverbs 2: 6).
Prayer Point 18
Father, make the wives of our leader true pillars of support and empower their spiritual sensitivity for the success of the assignments committed to our leaders. We pray for the families of the leaders that they will live meaningful and purposeful life (Exodus 4: 24-26; Proverbs 14: 1; Job 22: 28; Isaiah 54: 13-14).
Prayer Point 19
Lord, we pray for our church leaders that they will be faithful to You in discharging their duties in various responsibilities given to them in the name of Jesus (2 Corinthians 4: 2).
Prayer Point 20
Father, we pray that You will endow them with the wisdom needed to run the race of the service committed to their hands in the name of Jesus (Colossians 1: 25-29).

Father, broaden their vision and direct them so that they can lead us in advancing the course of our great church (Habakkuk 2: 3).

Father, may church leaders depend on You for guidance and insight in all their endeavours in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 55: 8-11).

Lord, assist our leaders in decision-making so that they can make decisions based on Your revelation and not human reasoning in Jesus’ name (James 1: 5; Daniel 6: 3).
Prayer Point 24
Father, we pray for strength and health for church leaders, to be strong and focused as they commit themselves to Your service in our church in the name of Jesus (2 Chronicles 16: 9).
Prayer Point 25
Father, cause our church to make a positive impact as we cooperate with our leaders for unprecedented success in their time in the name of Jesus (Psalm 1: 3; Joshua 1: 8).
Prayer Point 26
Father, we frustrate every form of distraction on our way. Keep them safe from the hand of evil men terrorizing our nation which affect the churches in Jesus’ name (Isaiah 54: 17; Acts 20: 31).
Prayer Point 27
Lord, may they continue to enjoy uninterrupted grace and relationship in their walk with You. Father, we pray for fresh grace for a new beginning wherever they have gone astray. Help them to make maximum impact in Jesus’ name (Psalm 71: 9; Isaiah 43: 18-19).

Lord, build a hedge around our leaders and protect them from every snare of the enemies and attack from the pit of hell in the name of Jesus (Psalm 91: 1-2; Psalm 124; Zechariah 2: 5).

Father, we frustrate every plan of the enemy that may want them to fail in their endeavor. May they record greater achievement in their tenure for Your glory. Father, let every gate and door of failure and frustration in their leadership responsibilities be lifted (Psalm 24: 7-10; Proverbs 3: 5-6).

Father, help our church leaders to be obedient, faithful, loyal, and worthy of emulation in the name of Jesus (1 Corinthians 11: 1; 1 Thessalonians 1: 6).
Prayer Point 31
Lord Jesus, grant them faith that will inspire their followers to have faith and trust in Christ in all circumstances. Give them power and grace to bring the initiatives that will bless the church spiritually, physically, and numerically in the name of Jesus (Hebrews 11: 6).
