Rest is vital in the life of human beings. When you rest, it means you give your body system the relaxation it deserves. Research has that after work there must be time for rest. That is the physical rest. Spiritual rest is the rest of mind or the peace of mind. If one does not have the rest of mind, one is liable to die faster. That is, there is a need for both physical and spiritual rest. Many forces are struggling with our rest, especially rest of mind, namely rest from sicknesses and diseases, rest from satanic powers, rest from enemies, rest from wars and spiritual warfare, etc. There are 32 special prayer points here that can provide rest for you. Each prayer is confirmed by the Bible Verse which will quicken the answering of the prayer points.
Rest of Mind
Prayer Point 1: I declare this month blessed for you by the Lord and in it, you shall enjoy rest over everything your hands and mind has labored hitherto in Jesus’ name(Genesis 2:3)1.
Prayer Point 2 As the Ark of Noah came to rest on the mountains of Ararat after the flood, the hand of the Lord God Almighty shall bring you rest from every form of toil in your life this day in the name of Jesus Christ. (Genesis 8:4).
Prayer Point 3: The Lord shall send unto you people and ministering angels that will bring ease and rest in your journey in Jesus’ mighty name (Genesis 18:4).
Prayer Point 4: According to the word of the Lord, I ask that His presence journey with you this day so that you can experience the authentic rest that only God can give in the name of Jesus Christ. (Exodus 33:14).

Prayer Point 8:In this season, you will enter and enjoy the kind of rest that you have not enjoyed in the past and that none in your lineage had ever enjoyed in Jesus’ name. (Leviticus26:34-35).
Prayer Point 9:The Lord goes before you this day to find you a place of rest in your marriage, business, career, profession, and ministry in Jesus’ name (Numbers 10:33).
Prayer Point 10: The Lord God shall raise for you, men who will not faint or grow weary in helping until you have been brought to the place of rest that He has prepared for you Jesus’ name. (Deuteronomy3:18-20).
Prayer Point 11: Because you are God’s legitimate child, bought by the precious blood of the Lamb, I ask this day that He gives unto you the inheritance that comes with rest which He gives to His children in the name of Jesus Christ. (Deuteronomy 12:10).

Rest from warfare

Prayer Point 25:Your Redeemer is strong; the LORD of hosts is His name, He shall thoroughly plead your cause, that He may give rest to your land, and disquiet your adversaries in the name of Jesus Christ.(Jeremiah 50:34).
Prayer Point 26: O Lord, I come unto You to take on Your yoke and to learn Your ways; give rest unto my soul in the name of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 11:28-29).

Prayer Point 29: I pray with you this day that your heavenly Father counts you worthy of the rest He has prepared for His people in Jesus’ name(Hebrews 4:9).
Prayer Point 30: I declare that unbelief will not find a place in your heart to disqualify you from the rest that God has prepared for His saints. I declare that you are filled with faith in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! (Hebrews 4:11).
Prayer Point 31: Give thanks to the lord because He has given you the rest. He has made you to have physical and spiritual rest in the name of Jesus Christ.
