By the understanding of this year’s prayer’s theme, It means these seven days shall be mainly for prayers that will destroy every gate of hell which the devil has built from his kingdom against the church of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus understood quite enough that these gates of hell must not prevail against His church; hence He said that He would build His church and the gates of hell would not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18.
The three weapons that we are going to use in destroying the gates are The Word and Prayer, Acts 6: 4, and Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding Eccl. 2:26. In line with all this therefore brethren, let us come together more firmly this year to wreck off these gates of the devil by calling the name of Jesus above other names during this week of prayer and after as well. Read Matthew16:18, Psalm 24:6-7.
Prayers against accepting the deceitful revelation of the devil Genesis. 3:4-7.
Prayer Point 1: Eternal Rock of Ages, I pray against any deceit of the devil pervading our churches today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 2: Lord Jesus, break the mantle of the devil that deceives many church members these days into social evils in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 3: God, cancel every revelation of the devil that deceives all Christians these days in the powerful name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 4: Lord, I stand against negative revelation leading our churches to hell from today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 5: Jesus, nullify any deceptive revelation causing doubt in the minds of the church members today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 6: Almighty God, deal with all fake prophets that speak deceitful revelations to the churches and lead them astray from now in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against disobedience to God’s instructions. Deut. 28:15.
Prayer Point 7: Father, every evil Spirit working against obedience in the hearts of every member of the churches these days shall be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 8: My Father, let the Spirit of disobedience permeated in the hearts of the Christians nowadays perish suddenly in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 9: Lord Jesus, from today, plant the Spirit of total obedience in the hearts of all members of the churches in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 10: Gracious Father, let the instructions of the Lord grow in the hearts of the church members and let them obey the instructions from today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 11: Abba Father, stop the ego of disobedience in me and every member of our churches today in the special name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 12: Everlasting God, let me and my church members obey your instructions so that it shall be well with me in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against fellowshipping with the concepts of the flesh. Galatians 5:19-21.
Prayer Point 13: God, cleanse every member of all churches and stop fellowshipping with flesh today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 14: Jesus, cancel every manifestation of flesh worship and services in our churches right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 15: Lord Jesus, every seed of flesh that all our church members produce in our services and fellowships instead of producing the seed of the Spirit shall perish right away in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 16: God, let our services and fellowships in our churches come from the Spirit and not from the flesh again in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 17: Father, let all the manifestations in our services and fellowships of our churches die today in the special name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 18: Gracious Lord, give us the grace to worship and fellowship you in the Spirit from this moment in the powerful name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against the imperfect heart in the church. II Chronicles 25: 2.
Prayer Point 19: Lord Jesus, work on all imperfect hearts in our churches today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 20: Almighty God, let all the hearts of the church members be clean and perfect for you to fellowship and worship in the special name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Point 22: Abba Father, prepare all the hearts of every church member to be saints and ready to receive from You from now in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 23: O My God, make all the hearts of all worshippers on this earth like the hearts of the angels in heaven in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 24: My Lord, close the gates of hell that want to come into the churches through our imperfect hearts in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against arrogance or pride in the church. Revelation 2:20-23.
Prayer Point 25: Jesus Christ, deal with the Spirit of arrogance in the hearts of the church members these days in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 26: Father, kill the devilish manifestation of arrogance that has pervaded the hearts of the members of the churches nowadays in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 27: The Bible speaks against pride and the Lord frowns at it. God, deal with the Spirit of pride engulfed all the members of the churches and fellowships today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 28: Eternity! Shut the doors against the Spirit of arrogance and pride of the church and fellowship members affecting the progress of the church these days in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 29: My Father, close the gates of arrogance and pride in the hearts of our church and fellowship members today in the special name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 30: Jesus, let the total humility reign in the hearts of our fellowship and church members from this moment in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against biblical ignorance in the church. Revelation. 2:14-17.
Prayer Point 31: Lord Jesus, train our church and fellowship youths to understand the reality of the bible interpretation in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 32: Father, clear all the wrong interpretations of the scriptures permeating the hearts of the church members and fellowships today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 33: My Lord, cancel every spirit of ignorance that is living in the hearts of the church members, especially the youth today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 34: Eternal Father, kill the spirit of ignorance that is making the youth misbehave in the churches and fellowships today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 35: Almighty God, Close the gates of ignorance that hinder the progress of the church and fellowship these days in the special name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 36: Break the gates of hell that want to overcome the churches and fellowships through ignorance these days in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayers against spiritual non-focus in the church Revelation 3:14-19.
Prayer Point 37: Everlasting Father, open the spiritual blindness of the church and fellowship members in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 38: Almighty God, every spirit of spiritual non-focus is put to shame from today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 39: Lord Jesus, let all people know that You are the only God, the Mighty in Battle as of today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Point 40: Abba Father, destroy the power that always shifts our church and fellowship members from You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
By the time these seven gates are broken in the church, Nigeria will be able to be a united nation of the Lord Jesus Christ, and Christians in Nigeria will be able to serve the Trinity accordingly. Psalm 100:2 Amen.
