Prayer is one of the active ways to communicate with the Lord. When we pray, we express our feelings to God because He is our Father. Two major classes targeted our prayers here: Prayers to secure land properties and prayers to possess house properties. It is the purpose of God to have land and houses se so that we can live comfortably. The Bible Verses used for each prayer point are from NIV.
Prayers to secure land properties
Land properties are pieces of land on which houses are built. Land can also be bought for investment. Whether you want to build houses or you want to use them for investment, you must secure hectares of land this year and you will secure them in Jesus’ name because it is your possessions from God.
Prayer Point 1
Exodus 3: 8 says, “I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious LAND, a LAND flowing with milk and honey…” Lord Jesus, take me out of the desert and place me on my land today in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 2
Exodus 6: 8 says, “And I will bring you to the LAND I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and Jacob. I will give it to you.” Lord Jesus, give me my land to build houses this year in Jesus’ name
Prayer Point 3
The Bible says in Leviticus 20: 24, “But I say to you, you will possess their LAND; I will give it to you as an inheritance…”Lord Jesus, Take my land to build for me wherever it is from now on in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 4
The Bible says in Leviticus 25: 23, “The LAND must not be sold permanently, because the LAND is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants.” Lord Jesus, the land to build that belongs to me where I live and my city/town must not be sold to aliens in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 5
In Genesis 15: 7, the Bible says, “He also said to him, “I am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this LAND to take possession of it.” Lord Jesus, you take me here (mention the place) to give me my own to build. I take the land possession in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 6
In Genesis 17: 8, the Bible says, “The whole LAND of Canaan, where you are now an alien, I will give as an everlasting possession to you…” Lord Jesus, this is your word, every land belongs to me, I receive it today in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 7
In Genesis 50: 24, “Then Joseph said…”I will about to die. But God will surely come to your aid and take you up out of this LAND to the LAND he promised…” Lord Jesus, I cry, secure my life you promised to build and settle down today in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 8
Numbers 14: 8 says, “If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that LAND, a LAND flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us.” Lord Jesus, lead me to the land to build my houses and settle down this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 9
Deuteronomy 6: 10-11 says, “When the Lord your God brings you into the LAND he swore to your fathers…” Lord Jesus, take me to the Land flourishing to secure for settlement this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 10
The Bible says in Judge 2: 1, “The angel of the Lord went up from Gilgal to Bokim and said, “I brought you up out of Egypt and led you into the LAND that I swore to give to your forefathers…” Lord Jesus, you will not break your covenant, I secure my land to build houses and settle down this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 11
The Bible says in Jeremiah 32: 44, “Fields will be bought for silver, and deeds will be signed, sealed and witnessed in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem…” Lord Jesus, I say it with authority that L will build my land this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayers to possess house properties
House properties are dwelling places being built to settle down. Houses can also be bought for settlement and investment too. Whether you want to build houses to live in or you want to possess them for investment, you must build your estate this year and you will build it in Jesus’ name because it is your possession from God.
Prayer Point 12
Psalm 127: 1 says, ”Unless the Lord builds the HOUSE, its builder’s labor is in vain.” Lord Jesus, I know that it is you that can build for me, I cry to you today, build houses for me to settle down in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 13
Proverbs 24: 3-4 says, “By wisdom, a HOUSE is built, and through understanding, it is established; through knowledge, its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.” Lord Jesus, this year, give me wisdom, understanding, and knowledge to build houses, establish them, and filled them with beautiful rooms in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 14
Proverbs 24: 27 says, “Finish your outdoor work and get your fields ready; after that, build your HOUSE. Lord Jesus, Strengthen me to build my house this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 15
In Isaiah 28: 16, “So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who trusts will never be dismayed.” Lord Jesus, I receive anointing to lay a good foundation to build this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 16
In Isaiah 65: 22-22, “They will build HOUSES and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit. No longer will they build HOUSES and others live in them, or plant and others eat.” Lord Jesus, let help come from heaven to build houses and live in them this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 17
In Isaiah 66:1-2, “This is what the Lord says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the HOUSE you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? Lord Jesus, deliver me from the war and troubles of Landlord and Landlady, build for me, and prepare a resting place for this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 18
The Bible says in Jeremiah 29: 5, “Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce.” Lord Jesus, I want to sack my Landlord this year, build a HOUSE for me this year, and let me settle down in it in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 19
The Bible says in Isaiah 32: 18, “My people will live in peaceful dwelling places in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” Lord Jesus, Settle me and my family in our house this year in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Point 20
Hebrew 3: 4 says, “For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.” Lord Jesus, I know you are the perfect builder and know you will perfect my uncompleted building this year, you will buy land and house for me this year, you will help me begin the foundation of my house this year and settle me down in my own house in Jesus’ name.
